The Role As a Resettlement and Support Worker, you will be part of a professional and experienced team and will be responsible and accountable for the provision of hostel-based services and the effective co-ordination of support to rough sleepers with complex needs. This role will require you to work on a rota system. Saturdays and Sundays will be a core part of your weekly rota. Shifts are 8am to 3.30pm or 2.30pm to 10pm and will include weekends.
