Fostering Senior Practitioner

Pay: -36,000 - -42,000 + -5k car allowance

NonStop''s client, based in the East of England, is looking for a Senior Practitioner to join their non-profit independent fostering agency on a permanent basis.

In this role you will be overseeing a small caseload of around 4 foster carers and overseeing 2 other Social Workers on the team, providing support and supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, support, and train foster carers
• Oversee two Social Workers on the team
• Build lasting and positive relationships in order to provide the best outcome for children

Requirements:

• Registration with Social work England (SWE)
• Driver
• Knowledge of relevant legislation
• Experience working within a fostering team
