Are you a Field Sales Executive or similar from a B2B or direct sales background looking to join a new industry where training will be provided, making you an expert in a role where you can increase your earnings through a stable and healthy commission structure?

In this role you will receive full industry and sales training, preparing you to be split between the office and the field 50-50 with a vehicle provided. You will drive new sales through prospecting and qualifying warm leads and then visiting customer sites to close deals and maintain customer relationships.

This company was founded nearly 170 years ago and has developed into a leader within the engineering industry with multiple sites across the UK, and a global presence. Due to the high demand of this industry and recent growth, this role will be crucial in continuing success for this longstanding business.

This role would suit a Field Sales Executive from a business to business or direct sales background, looking to become an expert in the field with a generous and stable commission structure.

The Role

• 50:50 split between office based and field work, covering a South Wales/Southwest area
• Full technical product training on site, followed by sales training
• Prospecting and qualifying new leads
• Account Management of existing clients
• Monday to Friday 8-4pm

The Person

• Previous B2B / Direct sales experience
• UK driving license
• Commutable to Bridgend
