Job Description:
Stridden Limited are recruiting for an established Groundworkers and Civils Contractor who have an opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Key Duties:
 
Your role will involve:

• Support management with reporting and commercial matters.
• Assist with subcontractor, supplier and partner relationships.
• Help prepare orders, process invoices and track payments.
• Attend site meetings to monitor progress and materials.
• Keep records and contract documentation up to date.

 
Assistant Quantity Surveyor Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualification in Quantity Surveying or 2 years' Quantity Surveying experience within the Groundworks and civils sector
• Understanding of construction methods and costs
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good problem-solving ability with a practical approach
• A proactive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
• Passionate about building a career in the construction industry
• Ability to commute to site and HO reliably
