Electrician 40,000 per annumFull time 40 hours per week Covering the Eastliegh, Andover, Southampton, Salisbury areas Requirements Must hold the most up to date 18th Edition qualification NICEIC certification or similar software equicalent Must have experience working in social housing Full UK Drivers Licenses (comes with a van and fuel card)Responsibilities To undertake safe electrical works on time within given priorities to the highest standard possible, striving for repairs to be a first-time fix whilst remaining compliant.To effectively identify and repair faults, rewire domestic electrical systems, ensuring good quality in line with Abri standards.To liaise with customers and other staff, as appropriate, to ensure all relevant individuals are aware of progress and action taken. In more complex cases to refer the matter to a senior member of staff to identify the necessary remedial action.To ensure that all works comply with relevant health and safety legislation, policies, and procedures in accordance with the BS7671 - the performance of the duties of the post.
