Multi Trader - Social Housing

Location: Chelmsford and surrounding area''s.

-180 - -200 per day self-employed + -50 per week fuel.

On-going self-employed position, with a view to go permanent.

Regen Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trader to carry out building services and maintenance works in occupied properties across Kent.

This is an on-going temporary contract with a view to go permanent if things work well.

Main duties include:

• Carpenter / Plumber duties

• Carpentry repairs (1st & 2nd fix)

• Plastering & patch plastering

• Painting & decorating

• General building maintenance

• Flooring

Social housing experience and building services experience are essential for this position, along with full tools and a UK driving licence.
