Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Highly Specialist Clinical Pharmacist specializing in Respiratory care. The successful candidate will be stationed at one of our four main hospital sites, contributing to the delivery of patient-focused, quality care.Key Responsibilities

Carry out the full range of duties as a highly specialist clinical pharmacist.Provide patient-focused pharmaceutical care, ensuring the responsible provision of medication to achieve definite outcomes that improve patients’ quality of life.Communicate effectively with patients to optimize their pharmaceutical management.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to design, implement, and monitor therapeutic plans to optimize health outcomes.Assist lead pharmacists in promoting high-quality, cost-effective, and safe prescribing.Provide pharmaceutical services within the specialist area of rotation and the associated hospital site.Participate in education and training for pharmacists within the pharmacy team at Barts Health.Assist in the provision and development of clinical pharmacy services within the organization.Qualifications and Experience
