As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will play a key role in building scalable infrastructure and deployment systems across YouLend’s cloud ecosystem. You will be responsible for standardising infrastructure as code, improving developer workflows, contributing to CI/CD design, and enabling self-service deployment models through automation and governance. This role is part of the Architecture Team within the Platform group.Key Responsibilities

Design and implement infrastructure using Terraform, Terragrunt, Helm, and KubernetesBuild and manage scalable CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)Define and enforce platform standards across environments (dev, staging, prod)Collaborate with developers and DevOps on deployment tooling and securityEnable platform observability using tools like Datadog, Prometheus, and CloudWatchMaintain Helm charts and Terraform modules for shared infrastructureContribute to onboarding documentation and platform adoption practicesParticipate in incident response and postmortem analysis, where applicableEssential Skills

Strong experience with Terraform, Pulumi and Helm in multi-account AWS environmentsExpert-level knowledge of AWS

(VPC, EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, Control Tower, Transfer Family, Transit Gateway, Multi-account hosted zones, etc.) with practical experience in designing large-scale cloud solutions.Proven software engineering experience (any language) and willingness to learn C#, TypeScript, PythonProven full-stack engineering experience (front end, backend, APIs, databases)Proficient in Kubernetes (EKS preferred), including RBAC, autoscaling, and Helm-based deploymentSolid experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps Pipelines, etc.)Familiarity with containerisation using Docker and secure image managementScripting or programming experience in Bash, Python, or TypeScriptStrong understanding of GitOps practices and infrastructure lifecycle managementDesirable Skills
