This is a strategic leadership role which is primarily responsible for defining and leading the technology strategy.As part of the position, you will build and nurture a skilled technical team capable of delivering complex accounting and compliance tools at scale. You will also help to embed agile development practices focused on end-user feedback and quality. The CTO will oversee the design and evolution of the architecture ensuring security, maintainability, and scalability.
