This role involves managing a shared portfolio of approx. 350 residential properties whilst providing excellent customer service to both Landlords and Tenants. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for the property market.Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Management:Manage a portfolio of residential rental propertiesAct as main point of contact for landlords and tenantsEnsure compliance with all housing legislation and safety requirementsManage tenant onboarding, renewals, and end-of-tenancy processesArrange property inspections and follow up on issuesArrange and oversee property maintenance and repairsInstruct and manage contractors and suppliersManage rent arrearsPrepare landlord statements and financial reportsHandle tenant queriesEnsure deposits are correctly protected and administeredServe notices and manage tenancy breaches where requiredCoordinate inventories, check-ins, and check-outsAdvise landlords on compliance, and property performanceMaintain accurate property and tenancy recordsDeliver high levels of customer service and professionalismHandling deposit returnsHandling rent insurance/eviction claimsServing Section noticesRequirementsPrevious ..... full job details .....
