Headley have a new vacancy with a Leeds based company who are seeking a skilled designer to produce working drawings for their joinery workshop. The company is long established and handles a good quality and variety of commercial projects and as business volumes increase, they require additional design support in the team. The role offers opportunity for a skilled and experienced joinery designer to gain new and develop existing skills in a broad design role. Key Duties to include: Production of technical manufacturing drawings using Solidworks software Working in conjunction with client teams to understand brief and offer design led solutions Dealing with 3rd parties, suppliers, subcontractors as required to deliver client requirements Working with manufacturing to ensure best processes and trouble shooting as required Occasional site visits Required experience: Solidworks experience essential Experience of technical drawing for joinery production Understanding of joinery materials and manufacturing processes Confident in dealing with clients and suppliers Good attitude to work, reliable and keen to develop in the role Full information on application. ..... full job details .....
