This role is responsible for handling employee relations cases in the UK across manufacturing and corporate functions. Duties and Responsibilities Building out slates for new rolesMeeting with impacted employees within the company (about 260 total)Scheduling the one-on-one meetingsConducting the conversations and taking notesProviding consultant services to impacted employeesFollowing up with employees after the meetings have occurredFilling out any paperwork as required and performing follow up to ensure it''s completed/submitted properlyFielding any consulting questions as needed Experience and QualificationsSeasoned in role with demonstrable experience. Keen to expand ER knowledge CIPD Level 5. Desirable criteria: FMCG/Manufacturing ER experience.
