Sales Resourcer – HGV Driver Recruitment

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Resourcer to join our HGV recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging qualified HGV drivers to meet client requirements across various contracts. You will work closely with Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers to build strong candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract qualified Class 1 and Class 2 HGV drivers through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, CV databases, and industry networks.

Pre-screen candidates via telephone to assess licence validity, experience, qualifications (CPC, Digi Tacho), and availability.

Build and maintain a strong pool of available drivers, both active and passive, across different shifts (days, nights, tramping, etc.).

Post engaging job adverts tailored to the HGV market and manage advert responses efficiently.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date driver records on the CRM/ATS system, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Liaise with Recruitment Consultants and clients to understand specific requirements and match the right drivers to the right roles.

Assist with driver onboarding, including documentation checks, right-to-work verification, and license validation.

Monitor driver availability and shift patterns to ensure effective coverage of client needs.

Support with arranging interviews, inductions, and start dates as required.
