The role is part of the Diabetes, Nutrition and Dietetic teams delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across the BNSSG region. Services are delivered in clinics, remotely, or during domiciliary visits.

Acting as a key point of contact for patients, carers and healthcare professionals

Supporting the day-to-day running of clinics and services across the BNSSG area
