We''re looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Officer to join our team at Elmdon Plant. In this role, you''ll support the delivery of our HR strategy, manage payroll and recruitment processes, and help drive a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Key responsibilities: Support managers with HR advice, absence management, and ER casesLead recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activitiesEnsure payroll accuracy and maintain employee records (GDPR compliant)Monitor HR KPIs (headcount, absence, turnover)Coordinate training and development in line with LandD strategyContribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives What you''ll need: CIPD Level 7 (is ideal)Strong HR experience, ideally in manufacturingConfident with Excel and HR data/reportingA hands-on, solutions-focused approachPaying up to £45K salary - office based If you are interested in this role - apply ..... full job details .....
