Responsible for delivering the highest standards of customer experience and venue standards, in line with Company guidelines. To consistently promote Company Core Aims and Values.KEY ACOUNTABILITIES:VENUE PROFITABILITY and PERFORMANCEEnsure that all venue financial and quality KPI''s are maximisedEnsure that stock is managed and controlledEnsure cash handling policies are adhered to at all timesManage PandL, prepare and participate in business reviewsContinually review business performance and create actions to enhance venue profitability and performance.THEATRE and HOSPITALITYEnsure all team members (FOH and Kitchen) are developed and coached to deliver the service promise and enhance the guest journeyLead, coach, mentor and inspire teams to create theatre and atmosphere, bringing energy to the venue service standardsBe aware of the full venue to ensure correct positioning of team members and customers to maximise the guest experienceManage all customer feedback using all customer feedback platformsPEOPLERecruit, onboard, induct, develop and train ensuring that all team members receive a comprehensive induction and ongoing developmentRota ..... full job details .....
