We are currently seeking a Foot-Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join our team responsible for general maintenance within commercial office/studio environments within Zones 1 & 2.

Role Overview:

• Position: Foot Mobile Mechanical Engineer
• Location: Zones 1 & 2 London
• Salary: -48,000 - -50,000 per annum
• Type: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Conducting mechanical building services maintenance tasks
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests.

Requirements:

• Background in mechanical engineering or plumbing.
• L8 certification (Legionella Control).
• Proven experience in mechanical facilities maintenance within commercial settings.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
