Leading, managing and supporting the preparation of plans, budgets and forecasts consistent with Corporate Guidelines. Leading, managing and supporting the production of value-added insights into the operating results of the business and making suggestions on how to overcome gaps and make improvements. Overseeing the first level of financial analysis on actual results of the region as part of the monthly closing process. Preparing management reporting and analysis, providing meaningful and fact-based insights to support local and regional finance teams. Managing the ad hoc reporting and analysis requests. Developing reporting and tracking to drive improvements. Developing fact-based insights, analysis and reporting to support finance business partners, including scenario modelling, brand/ category portfolio analysis, business cases and CCI. Leading the development of bottom-up insights on cost management, driving cost efficiency across the region. Introducing new data management models and data governance practices in portfolio management.
