Job Opportunity: Temporary Site Administrator (18 Months) – Barnsley
We are currently seeking a part-time Temporary Site Administrator to join our construction project team in Barnsley for an 18-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and proactive individual to provide key administrative support in a fast-paced site environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out general administrative duties on-site

Assisting with document control processes (experience desirable but not essential)

Managing and organizing project documents and records

Liaising with internal teams to support smooth project operations

Maintaining effective filing systems, both physical and digital

Supporting the project team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements:
-
Previous administrative experience (experience in a construction environment is preferred but not essential)

Knowledge or experience of document control is desirable

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Positive and proactive attitude
Location: Barnsley (site-based)
