Over the next few years the company have developed growth plans to improve and sustain their leading reputation whilst rewarding their most important resource; the employees.They are recruiting for an Aftercare Administrator. This is a full-time permanent job. The hours of work are Monday-Thursday 8-5 and Friday 8-3. Salary can be discussed at interview. You will receive 30 days holidays, health cash plan and life assurance.The RoleAs Aftercare Administrator duties include:Review and prepare documentation for uploading to our document control, project management, and/or field reporting systemsProcess site attendance requests received internally, and from clientsIssue required checklists and documents internally or to client ensuring they are completed and returned in a timely mannerProcess completed reports and documents received internally or from clientsAttend department meetings, record meeting minutes and distribute accordinglyGeneral administrative dutiesAny other duties deemed necessary by ManagementWhatever your ambition in your job search - we share it.
