We are looking for a Band 5 or Band 6 Occupational Therapist with experience working with adults:

• Community Rehab
• Discharge 2 Assess
• Intermediate care
• Car driver a must with a car
• HCPC registered
• OUTSIDE of IR35

Benefits:

Duties and responsibilities:

• Working with patients within their own homes
