Position: Multi Trade Operative Salary: 35,000 Salary Location: Newark Contract: Permanent (PAYE)Bonuses: Pension, Holiday Allowance, Van and Fule Card or Car Allowance Think Recruitment are currently looking for a skilled Multi Trade Operative based local to Newark to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across Social Housing properties across NewarkDuties will include:Carrying out Planned / Reactive Maintenance withing social housing properties across Mansfield You will be working in a mixture of Tenanted and Void properties.Carpentry works will be the primary job, but you will also need to carry out basic Plumbing, Painting and Tiling.You will also be required to carry out Snagging works once New Kitchens / Bathrooms have been installed. Experience/Skills required:Experience in a similar role within domestic properties.Experience within Social Housing / Local Authority properties is desirable.
