Your role will include selling parts and aftersales services, ensuring their accurate and timely delivery to Volvo customers. You''ll work closely with the workshop to understand jobs in progress, keep customers informed, obtain authorisation for any additional work, and resolve queries to a high level of customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or aftersales within the automotive industry. However, candidates from outside the industry with excellent organisational skills and a customer-first mindset will also be considered.
