Support the ongoing development of robust Safe Systems of Work (including Standard Operational Procedures) for all major MandE disciplines, acting as the AP/RP lead for relevant specialist areas with a focus on ventilation. Support other specialist areas as required.Assist the operational lead in developing the CAFM-based maintenance programme to ensure compliant maintenance and PPM regimes, with accurate reporting that reflects Trust assets and aligns with GIP.Serve as the point of contact for services such as Medical Gas, Asbestos, PSSR, and Lifts, including associated specialist fields.
