Water Hygiene Engineer

Salary: -26,000 - -30,000 (DOE)

Penguin Recruitment is hiring on behalf of an industry-leading water treatment company with 35+ years of experience. We''re seeking an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer with a minimum of 5 years in the field to join their team.

• Conduct closed system analytical testing, remediation, and pre-commission flushing.
• Perform tank inspections, water sampling, and ACOP L8 compliance tasks.
• Clean/disinfect water storage tanks, cooling towers, and shower heads.
• Service/install water softeners (Clack, Fleck, Autotrol) and RO systems.
• Carry out TMV testing, calorifier pasteurisation, and dead leg removals.

• 5+ years'' experience in water treatment/hygiene.
• Relevant water hygiene qualifications and technical knowledge.
• Full UK driving license.
• Proactive and organised with excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel and work overtime as needed.
