Role: Finance Manager Type: Permanent Salary: 47,000 - 55,000 Requirments: Hybrid 2-3 days on-site Location: Sheffield, South YorkshireSellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager on behalf of a Multi-Academy Trust within the Public Sector.This is a key role supporting the CEO and COO in managing and co-ordinating financial processes across the Trust and its academies. The successful applicant will lead the finance team and contribute to the operational development of the Trust''s schools.Key responsibilities:Oversee the Trust''s financial systems and ensure compliance with statutory and funding requirementsLead, manage and develop the finance team across multiple academiesSupport budget setting, monitoring and forecasting processesProvide timely and accurate financial reporting to senior leadership and stakeholdersDevelop and implement effective financial controls and proceduresLiaise with auditors, external partners and funding bodies as requiredThe ideal candidate will have:Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within education or the wider public sectorStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent communication and organisational abilitiesHigh level of attention to detail and strong analytical skillsConfidence in working independently and making sound financial decisionsThe ability to build strong working relationships across schools and external stakeholdersIf you believe you are well-suited to this opportunity, please apply ..... full job details .....
