What we’re looking for:

• QTS with a Humanities specialism (History, Geography, RE, Sociology or related subjects)

• Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills

• Experience teaching across Key Stage 3 and 4 (KS5 experience desirable but not essential)

• A commitment to delivering engaging, inclusive and inspiring lessons

• Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive attitude

• ECTs are encouraged to apply

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering well-structured Humanities lessons that meet curriculum standards

• Encouraging critical thinking and curiosity about the world, culture, and history

• Assessing and tracking student progress, offering constructive feedback

• Creating a positive and supportive classroom environment

• Contributing to school life and collaborating with colleagues to enhance student learning experiences
