A supportive and inclusive school in Kingsbury is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join their team and make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet the needs of pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and MLD.

• Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment.

• Develop and adapt individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to each pupil’s needs.

• Promote positive behaviour strategies and emotional regulation in the classroom.

• Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals to support holistic development.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Previous experience teaching pupils with SEN in a school or specialist setting.

• Strong knowledge of SEN strategies, behaviour management, and differentiation.

• A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
