Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor (2-3 PQE, Flexible)

Location: Derby (with Flexible Working Options)

Salary: Competitive, Dependent on Experience, plus Discretionary Bonus

About the Role

We are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team, handling a varied and stimulating caseload. You will be actively involved in a broad spectrum of commercial property matters, including:

• Commercial property sales and acquisitions
• Commercial leasing (landlord and tenant)
• Development projects
• Corporate support property matters
• A small amount of high-value residential conveyancing

This role offers a truly diverse caseload, ideal for a solicitor eager to expand their commercial property expertise.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Solicitor with approximately 2-3 years’ PQE (strong candidates with more or less PQE are encouraged to apply)
• Proven commercial property experience with the ability to work autonomously
• Excellent technical knowledge combined with strong commercial awareness
• Outstanding client-facing and communication skills
• Driving licence preferred to facilitate office attendance and client meetings
• Applications from part-time candidates are warmly welcomed
