Technical Project Manager for a major offshore wind project based in Denmark

Requirements:

• The position requires great stakeholder management skills, structured and practical approach to projects and timelines, and coordination skills between people in different geo locations. Will be a great advantage to have experience working with OT / SCADA project management involving offshore locations. Together with the Business Lead you will drive and help the project team produce the actual TRPs and testing them
• Assist workstream leads in developing and maintaining project plans, ensuring dependencies between different workstreams are identified and tracked.
• Track key deliverables against the baseline schedule and proactively flag potential slippage to the Programme Manager
• Review workstream updates to ensure they meet the programme''s standards for detail and accuracy before they are rolled up into the main plan.
• Coordinate the collection of weekly or monthly status reports from workstreams, synthesizing technical updates into clear, executive-level summaries.
• Maintain programme dashboards (e.g., in Power BI, Jira, or Excel) to provide real-time visibility into project health, budget burn, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate progress review meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting key decisions, and rigorously chasing outstanding action items.
• Maintain the programme''s Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) log, ensuring that workstream leads regularly review and mitigate their specific risks.
• Support the formal change request process by documenting the impact of scope changes on timelines and resources.
