• Salary: upto -28,000
• Bonus: 10%
• Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday)

What''s the job?

You''ll be work alongside the the Service Team, learning about every aspect of service delivery as you become part of an awarding winning business; you''ll also be involved in:

• Providing exceptional customer service to customers
• Managing quotes
• Problem solving and dealing with queries
• Working closely with internal customers
• Keeping internal and external systems updated.

About You:

You''re likely to be a Graduate with a relevant degree and have some experience within customer service with some administraion skills.- Along with an outgoing personality, you will also need:

• The ability to under pressure
• Capable of taking ownership from start to finish
• Be confident and used to working in a very busy, often challenging environment
• Have strong IT skills and be confident with Excel
• Be willing to learn and develop
