Job Title: School Caretaker
Location: Bristol
Hours: 10:00 AM, - 19:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: -13.00 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable caretaker employed to maintain and oversee the security and upkeep of a school. This will involve cleaning, minor repairs, security checks, and managing access to the premises. Duties also include handling deliveries, supervise car parks, and liaise with other staff or contractors.

Skills and Qualifications
- Practical Skills: Basic knowledge of building maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, electrics, and gardening is highly valued.
- Technical Abilities: Ability to carry out minor repairs and use basic computer or handheld devices for logging tasks.
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to lift, carry, bend, and move equipment or furniture.
- Health & Safety Awareness: Familiarity with fire safety, manual handling, and infection control procedures is often required
