Own and deliver a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with strategic goalsLead discovery using user research, data insights, and frontline care feedbackTranslate complex care needs and regulatory requirements into intuitive, scalable solutionsPrioritise and manage the product backlog to balance speed, compliance, and user valuePartner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality features, on timeCoordinate go-to-market rollouts, training, and internal readiness activitiesMonitor product performance and iterate based on real-world impactWhat You’ll Bring

Proven product management experience in B2B SaaS or regulated sectorsDemonstrable success delivering products end-to-end, from discovery to releaseStrong grasp of Agile/Scrum and experience working with cross-functional teamsExcellent communication skills and a user-centred, data-informed mindsetAbility to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentBonus: experience in health or social care, or building products for care professionalsWhat We Offer
