Chiller Engineer Mobile (phone number removed) We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chiller Engineer to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems, with a focus on industrial and commercial chillers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in mechanical systems and a commitment to maintaining optimal environmental conditions in facilities. Key Responsibilities: Operate, maintain, and repair water-cooled and air-cooled chillers (centrifugal, screw, scroll, and absorption types). Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on chillers and related systems (pumps, cooling towers, air handlers, etc.). Diagnose equipment faults and perform corrective actions to minimize downtime. Monitor and adjust control systems, setpoints, and sensors to ensure efficient operation. Maintain accurate service logs, maintenance records, and compliance documentation. Respond promptly to equipment alarms or system failures and take appropriate corrective action. Work with BMS (Building Management Systems) for monitoring and adjustments. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local regulations. Assist in planning and execution of system upgrades or replacements. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or servicing.
