We''re expanding our sales team and looking for a driven and strategic Channel Account Manager to help us grow our footprint and unlock new revenue opportunities.As a Channel Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing relationships with key channel partners and resellers. You will act as the main point of contact for your assigned channel partners, helping them drive revenue and deliver value to their customers through your expert support, enablement, and collaboration.Manage and grow a porfolio of strtegic channel partnersRecruit, onboard, and enable new partners to ensure readiness for go-to-market executionCollaborate with partners to build joint business plans, sales forecasts, and marketing initiativesProvide training, support, and resources to drive partner engagement and performanceBuild strategic partner profiling and strategy documentBuild targeted marketing campaigns with the channel partnersTrack partner pipeline and performance metrics, providing regular updates and reportsAct as a trusted advisor, guiding partners through the sales process and helping to close dealsResolve partner issues and escalate where necessary to ensure high satisfactionRepresent the company at partner events, conferencesWork cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to align on partner strategyRequirements
3+ years of experience in channel sales partner managementGood understanding of the cyber threat landscapeUnderstanding of the cyber services markets e.g. Penetration Testing, Red Team/Purple Team, Adversary Simulation)Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsSelf-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independentlyExperience of using CRM and sales analytics platformsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environmentWillingness to travel regular to partner partnersWillingness to attend industry eventsBachelor’s degreeBenefits
