We have a-fantastic opportunity for a talented HR Manager to join a-market-leading FMCG business based in the Gloucestershire region. This role is perfect for an ambitious HR Manager to lead the people agenda across a busy manufacturing environment.

You will be tasked with overseeing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment / onboarding to performance management and everything in between.

The successful candidate will have proven experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment, with an ability to use data to drive decision making. A CIPD qualification is essential.
