About the roleWe are looking to add a Multi-Skilled Joiner to our team covering sites in Chesterfield, Derby and surrounding areas. You will support the delivery of responsive repairs using your joinery skills, as well as carrying out general multi-skilled work. This is a full-time, permanent vacancy, working 39 hours per week, and there is a requirement to cover out-of-hours callout on a rota basis, which offers an additional payment. We''re looking for a skilled Joiner with strong core carpentry abilities and solid multi-trade capability to deliver high-quality first-time fixes. You''ll work confidently in a customer-focused, target-driven environment, following procedures, keeping accurate records, and managing your workload independently. The role requires good decision-making, safe working practices, and the physical ability to carry out joinery tasks in line with Health and Safety guidelines. The successful candidate will live within 45 minutes of Chesterfield to be able to reach our resident locations in a timely manner. You must have a full UK driving licence, and there is a requirement for a basic DBS check, which will be paid for by The Guinness Partnership.
