Delivery Support (Divestiture Tech Carve-Out) – 6 months+ – Hybrid/London - £550/£600 Outside
 
We are looking for a contract Delivery Support / Manager to join a small team working on a divestiture Tech Carve-Out / Tech De-Coupling project.
 
To apply you should have the following skills/experience:

- Previous experience of working on a tech separation and a Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) – with battle scars
- Excellent interpersonal skills / be communicator
- Very strong organisational skills
- Effective divestiture planning skills
- Strong relationship building, collaboration and teamwork ethic
- No direct reports and you need to have very hands-on delivery expertise (a doer, not a manager)

 
Nice to haves:

- Any insurance / FS Tech Separation (ideally in a cloud based environment)
- Agile / P4 exposure
