If you''re safety-conscious, reliable, and have a keen eye for quality, this could be the role for you.What You''ll Be Doing:- Operating manufacturing equipment in line with procedures and safety standards- Carrying out start-up inspections and basic maintenance checks- Monitoring product quality to ensure it meets specifications- Moving materials around the site (manual handling and/or using FLT if qualified)- Keeping the production area clean, organised, and safe- Collaborating with colleagues and communicating clearly with the wider teamWhat We''re Looking For:- At least 2 years'' experience in a manufacturing or production role (preferred)- Understanding of plastic manufacturing processes (advantageous)- A strong focus on safety, reliability, and quality- Ability to spot and solve problems quickly- A team player with good communication skills- Forklift Counterbalance licence (beneficial but not essential)- GCSE-level education or equivalent (advantageous)Why Work With Us?- Be part of a company making a real difference in sustainable manufacturing- Supportive team environment with opportunities to grow- Stable, ..... full job details .....
