Role Overview: The Talent Set are delighted to partner with a leading charity organisation on a fantastic Individual Giving Officer role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage multi-channel campaigns, support supporter engagement, and contribute to vital income generation efforts. Key Responsibilities: Manage and deliver individual giving campaigns across online and offline channels, including direct mail, email, telemarketing, face-to-face, and digital acquisition. Support the planning, execution, and analysis of campaigns to meet income and expenditure targets. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and compliant campaign delivery. Maintain supporter relationships through quality communication, including thanking donors effectively. Contribute to the development of long-term donor strategies, using data insights to inform efforts. Assist with reporting, monitoring campaign performance, and supporting upcoming projects such as supporter journeys and appeals. Ensure all campaign activity aligns with organisational guidelines and best practices, including compliance and branding standards.
