Responsibilities

Full PandL responsibility for the UK business

Hands-on leadership of sales and operations, with scope to build and structure the commercial team

Develop and deliver a growth strategy for UK and EMEA markets

Drive commercial performance through direct sales, partnerships, and strategic accounts

Report to the board and deliver against agreed performance milestones

Build long-term value in the business with equity available linked to growth targets

About You

Currently a Sales Director, Commercial Director, or similar senior sales-focused leader in the golf industry

Proven track record of delivering commercial growth and building client relationships

Strong commercial acumen and understanding of PandL management

Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and motivated to take on a broader leadership remit

Able to bring structure, focus, and long-term planning to a business primed for growth
