The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will be confident and adaptable in working from Key Stage 1 / KS1 to Key Stage 2 / KS2 helping them to meet their milestones and giving them 1 to 1 support. The applicant would also have to be well equipped to deal with challenging behaviours and work closely with Teachers to support the classroom.
