You will be working full time from the office and be able to travel abroad twice per year.Responsibilities:Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries; liaise with other PAs and departments, and handle visa requirements.-Oversee extensive and complex diary management to ensure seamless scheduling.Process expenses and maintain accurate financial records.Organise internal meetings and plan corporate events, including lunches and dinners.About you:You are bilingual in Japanese and English with exemplary communication skills. You have prior experience as a Personal Assistant at a senior level within a professional services environment. You understand the need for discretion and uphold confidentiality at all times.
