About the Role: You ll lead a talented multi-disciplinary team, shaping a care environment that s person-centred, compassionate, and clinically excellent. From day-to-day leadership and CQC compliance to budget oversight and staff development you ll be at the helm, driving high standards and real impact. What You ll Bring: QCF Level 5 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care At least 2 years experience as a Registered Manager Deep understanding of CQC regulations A values-led, hands-on leadership style Full UK driving licence Why Join?
