This is a key role focused on retaining and developing our existing customer base while also identifying and winning new business.Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their technical needs and requirements.Specify suitable, often bespoke, engineering solutions.Prepare accurate competitive estimates and quotations on our bespoke software system.Research lead times and negotiate competitive sell prices to secure ordersFollow up on quotes and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.Maintain strong relationships with current clients and actively seek new business.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.Occasionally visit customers to support project development and relationship building.
