For this opportunity, the Talent Acquisition Partner will report to the Talent Acquisition Perm Team Manager.Our workplace is highly interactive, dynamic, challenging, and very rewarding. Our Talent Acquisition team are central to our business strategy ensuring our most important asset our people are world leaders.The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is responsible for the full recruitment process for all vacancies arising. Partnering with hiring managers, the TAP agrees job descriptions, timelines and budgets and presents appropriate recruitment strategies in accordance with recruitment processes.As well as sourcing, the TAP takes an active role in the selection process, demonstrating a strong understanding of the clients business needs and culture and guiding and adapting to the needs of the hiring manager.The TAP should also develop a strong pipeline of external contacts and an awareness of market forces to identify suitable future candidates.What You Will DoWork closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and create candidate search and selection strategyActively approach candidates for opportunities, explain positions and select possible candidates for interviewsProvide hands-on recruitment support including telephone screening, attending onsite interviews and ensuring interview days progress smoothlyResearch market and create company target lists and maintain pipeline of potential candidatesOver communicate to ensure internal client base are fully informed at all timesMaintain communications with selected candidates to ensure they remain engaged and enthusiastic during the onboarding processWork on any ad hoc related projects or tasks provided by managementWhat You Will NeedExperience recruiting a broad range of candidates at all levels gained both inhouse and agency side, ideally within FS Front OfficeSuccessfully worked with the full range of professional recruiting technologies and techniquesDemonstrated ability to successfully extract job requirements from hiring managers and match qualified candidates to those requirementsDemonstrated ability to successfully resource and present qualified candidates to meet internal service commitments for timeliness and qualityExperience sourcing candidates from job boards such as CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, LinkedIn etc.Excellent collaborative and consultative communication skills, both written and verbalHighly proficient computer skills to include, MS Office Suite, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) working knowledge of web-based job boards and use of social mediaWhat Magnit will Offer You
