It''s an excellent opportunity for an LandD professional who enjoys working closely with managers and delivering training whilst having the flexibility of a part time position.The Role:Act as the first point of contact for managers regarding training needs, talent development and learning opportunities.Coordinate and deliver a range of trainings including workshops, learning sessions and employee induction programmes.Partner with managers, gain an understanding of their specific needs and support them to promote development pathways and succession in their teamsManage relationships with external learning providers and support the coordination of training programmes.Maintain accurate LandD records, reporting and training data to ensure compliance and support informed decision-making.Ensure mandatory and compliance training is tracked, managed and completed across the workforce.About YouPrevious experience ..... full job details .....
