Job Title: Discipline Engineer - Rail Property

I am looking for a senior engineer with a good Rail property and buildings background, to deliver civil engineering technical excellence for an engineering project across Northern Ireland

Role

You will have previous experience working in a similar role within programmes from a buildings and property standards. This role would suit an existing or previous senior engineer

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensure the building and property engineering standards are currently compliant
• Act as the building and property engineering technical contact and liaison with stakeholders.
• Ensure integration of standards across UK and EU
• Carry out project risk assessments.
• Attend engineering reviews as required for allocated contracts.

Essential requirements:

• Be a chartered civil engineer (MICE) or working towards it.
• Have five years relevant experience..
• Proven experience of managing and controlling standards

Desirable:

• Although not essential it would also be advantageous if you have a degree in a relevant discipline such as rail Engineering.
