Registered Home Manager / RGN We are currenly recruiting for a Registered Home Manager / RGN for a 49 bed care home in the Newport Gwent area. Principle Duties. Meet all regulatory and national standards Conduct the home in such a way as to not bring the home or its residents into disrepute, maintain confidentiallity rearding all aspects of the home. Maintain home policies and procedures including Health and Safety for all staff and residents. Staff training Record keepig and updating Identify the learning needs of the residents and staff providing ongoing assessments. Prepare staff rotas. Arrange and chair staff and resident meetings. Manage complaints in a sensitive manner. Supervise admissions. Ensure full bed occupancy. Stock controls Consider budget and finance constraints. Develop team work. Uphold public trust in in nursing and social care standards. Person Specification Level 5 Leadership and Management NMC PIN Excellent leadership and supervisory skills Driving licence Flexibility to work on a rota basis to ensure smooth running of the home. ..... full job details .....
