Service Now Solution Architect My client, a large consultancy, is in need of a Service Now Solution Architect for a 6 month contract inside IR35 based in Warwick offering 2 days per week remote but requiring 3 days per week on-site. The ideal candidate will have a ServiceNow System Administrator Certification, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification and Experience working with ServiceNow domains. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Designing, developing, and maintain custom code for all ServiceNow modules, Demonstrated knowledge of core ITIL processes (CMDB, Incident, Problem, and Change), Hands on experience on modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Service Portal and Scoped applications, Supporting the iterative configuration of the HRSD application, engage stakeholders to conduct reviews through joint design sessions, Experience with Agile/SCRUM project management methodologies, Experience with AJAX, Jelly, or PERL Scripting, Strong process management andamp; project management skills, Experience in BCM module and Experience in TPRM module. ..... full job details .....
